Proposal for the construction of a residential complex to address the housing needs of minorities in the wider Balkan region. Each prefab housing unit is designed to accommodate one large family. The individual units are arranged to form “neighborhoods” with a central “square” for the social functions of the inhabitants. Each settlement can be comprised of any number of “neighborhoods”, depending of the size of the building lot and the number of residents.
