Remodeled single family house with independent guesthouse. The remodeling included the removal of all existing traditional design elements and the revision of all interior spaces, to accommodate a family with two adolescent kids and a wide circle of family and friends. A new attic space, staircase and wraparound porch, all made of steel construction, were added to the original building. The new spaces are bright, luxurious and colorful, also thanks to the artistic nature of the owner.
